My kitchen sink drain was seriously plugged, and all attempts to fix it myself failed. For the first time in my life I actually had to call in a plumber, so called Roto-Rooter's Rochester number. Joe showed up about 90 minutes after I called (earlier than promised - they called to ask if he could come sooner than previously arranged). Quick and efficient, he did a survey of the plumbing, provided his quote, then went to work after approval. The drain now flows like brand new. THANKYOU!
In addition to clearing the drain, Joe also took the time to give me a little coaching on recommended plumbing adjustments I can make myself to assure trouble-free operation in the future. Free advice isn't always offered, and I considered this above-and-beyond what he needed to do for me.
