Review content:
Lynnwood Honda does a solid job working on your car, but could still work on their customer service. Upon my arrival in the lobby, I waited over 5 minutes to speak with one of the guys to get me checked in. Two of the four were actively assisting other customers. The other two were working on paperwork and told me they would be with me soon. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I know that if you need to complete some paperwork, you need to do it where there are not customers waiting & watching, or be willing to set it aside to assist the real person standing there in front of you.
Also, I requested to have my spare tire (that was in my car) to be filled back up with air as it was low...the dealership forgot to do it :(
I appreciate the free car wash and vacuum...but they were both done rather poorly. If it was vacuumed, it was done so poorly. The tires were still quite filthy. If y'all don't really want to offer the service, don't. Heck, I'd be willing to pay an extra $10 if it was done more thoroughly.
The waiting area is nice. There is wi-fi and free coffee (though the coffee machine was out of service during my visit).
