I wouldn't give them any stars whatsoever but I have to in order for the review. I have had cystic acne in the past. They tried to make me take Accutane. Refused to give me anything else. Cut into my face without any anesthetic at all. Told me I needed Accutane or they wouldn't help me any more. Turns out, I had thyroid issues causing the cysts to begin with. Once that was taken care of, the cysts went away. No one listened to me in that office, and I wouldn't take my worst enemy to that office!
