This the worst appliance repair shop I have ever seen. I have call nine times and no one answered, I left messages with no call back. The tech took four hours to find my house, showed up in a BMW and not a work truck/van. He worked on my dryer for three hours, was on the phone half the time talking to another tech, and never fix it. He had to order a part it came in one week later UPS and had it for over one week (two weeks total) and still never installed it. Make a appointment and I waited six hours for him and he never showed or called. Three days later and still no call from Atlantic Appliance Repair Inc. I gave up on Atlantic Appliance Repair Inc. and I call another company and they had the part and installed it in one hour. Do not use this company !
