After over 3 years of having my Caro property listed with a different Realty agency and netting no offers, I contacted Barb Osentoski and listed with her. Barb's effective promoting and advertising of the property netted positive results. She managed to have it sold for the total listing price. I wish that I would have listed with her in the first place. Thanks Barb!
