Review content:
The customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced with a service company. They called ahead to let me know they were arriving, showed up on time and went right to work. They were able to clean spots out of my carpet that other cleaners in the past had not been able to. They even removed a red stain that had been in the carpet since I first purchased my house. When they finished cleaning they left a bottle of spot remover and bar of handcrafted soap! The owner did a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy and to thank me for doing business with them. A really nice experience with this company all the way around.
