I have gone to the Crystal Parrot for 20 years. Edna and her staff have always been there for me and my birds, both during business hours and after. I have bought all of my birds from Edna, and her help and genuine concern for the birds don't stop after the birds leave the store. She and her staff are there for services like wing and nail clipping, boarding, well bird clinics, and advice any time someone has questions regarding their bird, whether it was bought from Edna or not. I highly recommend the Crystal Parrot. Edna may seem gruff, but her main concern is for the well being of the bird. Visit them, you won't be sorry.
