Review content:
I got a phone call stating I had a bill for my grandson for $20. I told them I had only received one bill stating insurance was pending. I was rudely told that the $20 bill was sent and I had not paid it and it needed to be paid immediately. I had no problem paying. I did not like the way I was talked to. When I got home the bill was in my mail. I tried to call just to let them know and have them send records to another dentist but the office was already closed at 4:00. I also said that the dentist I go to gets 100% coverage for well checks if no cavity is found. They said at their office there is another $20 charge.
