On March 31, 2011 we had the misfortune of having our hot water heater leak. We called Gold Medal Plumbing Service and they sent out Steve Kraut as our technician. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. He made sure we understood all that he was telling us and what services he would be providing. He was very professional, definitely knew what he was doing and displayed excellent customer service skills and plumbing skills. We were very impressed with his service. He cleaned up the work area very well! He definitely went the "extra mile" to provide us with the best possible plumbing service. We will definitely recommend him to our friends, neighbors and relatives. Your telephone service representative was also very courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful! Thank her for us too!
