Anyone that has been serviced by them would know they are scammers and thieves! What a horrible company! Taking advantage of the fact that it's freezing outside and my furnace is broken. Charged me $400 just to tell me they could not fix my furnace and had to replace it, then gave me an estimate for another $4,500 for the replacement! For a 1 bedroom condo! Wouldn't even offer to deduct the diagnostics fee from the replacement cost. What a joke, but on me! Called another company that came out FOR FREE and is replacing my furnace for more then half that cost. If you're in need of heating services the last place you should call is Bishop, unless you've got $ burning a hole in your wallet. In that case you can give it to me. I want my $400 back!
