I called Larkin for a simple repair to replace a gasket between the toilet bowl and the flush box that was leaking, and replace a cartridge in a Moen bath tub faucet.
The technician showed up on time and was pleasant to deal with as well as being professional. Than the ride started to a very costly conclusion.
I was "sold up" to replace other parts there was nothing wrong with and were operating normally. When the ride was over about 90 minutes later, I was handed a bill for almost $450 where the hourly labor charge was $300 for less than 2 hours!
My suggestion is to make sure you ask their service rates before they start as they will get you good. I would NEVER use them again. I'm in my 80's and I believe they took advantage of my trust.
