Fr iday my water heater was leaking and I could not shut it off. Keith from Larkin Plumbing came out and shut the water off and drained the water heater, he then explained that the water heater base was ruined because of all the water sitting on top of the drywall. He suggested a company (Sundance Enterprises) to replace the drywall box because I did not know of anybody to repair that type of work. Albert, from Sundance Enterprises did an excellent job and was very conscious of my needs. Keith returned the next day and installed the new water heater and a pan underneath it. he gave me a quote which I thought was expensive but after seeing the brand new water heater and base and everything the price is quite reasonable. In fact the price I paid was $92 less than the quote! He also explained to me how to take care of the water heater and how to shut it off in case something like this happens again. I am very very pleased with Keith, Albert, and Larkin Plumbing.
