Review content:
When cable ran through cleanout to main did not remove blockage, my wife and I took apart the piping under the sink and determined that the blockage was from the wall behind the sink to the vent stack. He ran the cable through that line and the blockage was cleared. The worker did not seem to be able to analyze the problem. He was professional and nice and recommended using an enzymatic product in the drains. Our overall the experience was average, but could have been above average if he would have shown some better analytical skills.
