I wish I had the same experience as the others who reviewed King's Heating. I contacted King's Heating in an attempt to fix my gas fireplace. It has taken over two months since the first visit and the fireplace is yet to be fixed. Parts were ordered; however, I was not phoned with an estimate for the part as promised. In addition, they called to schedule an appointment and they called the morning of the appt to notify me the part had not arrived. They were over 45 mins late and to repair the fireplace (which is still broken), it took over 2.5 hrs. I highly recommend doing additional research and contacting other companies prior to calling Kings if you need your gas fireplace repaired and if you work, as they seem to be unreliable.
