WOW!!! What a great experience in every way! We were promptly greeted by Angela (who had already helped us tremendously over the phone)..and got signed in right away with their awesome computer check-in system. Then Sue (who is just, absolutely wonderful) came out and took me back to my room and made me feel super welcome and comfortable. Definitely the only pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist!! Also, it was my 2.5 year old daughter's first trip to the dentist..I was pretty nervous...Sue didn't miss a beat!!! She showed her all of the tools in a playful way and made her laugh. When it came time to begin treatment, my daughter jumped right in the chair and opened her mouth and didn't have one bit of trouble! Also, our dentist, Dr. Z (not sure on spelling)...was super friendly and willing to answer all questions we had. We are so thankful to have found Cross Creek! Thank you all :)
