As usual everyone I dealt with was both professional and friendlly. My only negative comment is that a six hour window seems a little excessive. I believe it used to be four hours and that seemed like enough time for a customer to be tied up. Both the young lady I spoke to on the phone and the technician were helpful and knowledgable. Sorry I do not remember their names. I am terrible with names. I liked it when the person answering the phone used to ask how they could make you smile. It worked every time!!
