I've been using R&S for years for service and repairs on my 3 garage doors and 1 automatic gate. The service, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff and technicians is great! However, they are almost set up as 2 different companies. When I have my annual preventive maintenance done on the garage doors, 2 techs spend about 1 hour on the job and the price is $89. Annual PM on the gate is either 1 or 2 techs for 1 hour with a price of $134. Not sure why the price difference. Also, the billing process is different....garage door work is invoiced electronically, my preferred method of paying bills. Gate techs want to collect a check at time of service. Same company, different billing process and pricing....odd!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We found that we had you under two separate accounts with two separate billing terms. We have fixed the problem so this won't happen again.
We do have different divisions that specialize in different areas. Some divisions require much more training than others and our rates may differ between some divisions. Our technicians go through extensive training so that they become experts in their field. So, unfortunately, you may have different crews working on your door or gate.
