We were impressed with the recent service from Mark Johnson Plumbing. Dax was at our door in less than 2 hours from the original call to report a problem with the hot water heater. He was courteous and professional; promptly introduced himself, presented his business card, and donned his red booties to prevent tracking in dirt. His knowledge of plumbing enabled him to pinpoint the problem quickly and he provided recommended solutions based on the age and availability of parts. He returned early the next morning to drain the tank and install the new hot water heater; once again, with the same professionalism.
Also, after I mentioned to him we had cats that would take the opportunity to dart out the door, he made sure the exterior door was completely secured as he made numerous trips outside to get something from the truck or inspect the house exterior.
We would definitely use your company again and recommend it to friends and family. As a matter of fact, we’ve already spoken to Dax about fixing the exterior water spigots as they all leak.
