Review content:
I am very disappointed in this hospital as of recently. I have never seen such a high turn over rate in such a short period of time. Everytime I bring my dogs there they see someone new. I just went there last week and its all new faces! What is going on there? I miss the old days when doctors stayed at practices for years. At Lancaster its seems as if I am lucky to see the same doctor twice without finding out, "Oh they left but we have this new wonderful doctor, you will love him/her." I cant walk out of there without paying 400-500 dollars per each dog for their yearly check up. Come on and get a grip people!! These animals are our pets and I feel I need to save up for a vacation every year just for their check ups. \r There is a new manager and chief of staff. The woman Kerry, she is very high energy, and I have to say very sarcastic/fake. And I also was able to meet the chief of staff. He seemed nice, sense of humor but I felt as if I did not get my money worth with him. Very vauge
