I went in a week ago to look at the appliances that Appliance Liquidation Outlet had on offer. I knew what I wanted, and I saw what I wanted; but I wanted to think over the purchase. So I came back the following week on a Saturday morning, when they opened at 9am. The customer service was great. I told the sales lady what I wanted, and she was very nice. She took me to the back to show me the new products, and let me shop them before anyone else. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory, and she gave me my space to shop. She sold me right away on a new washer, and said she could have it delivered to my home within two hours. I left the store and by 11:25am the delivery people were at my home with the new washer. The delivery people set it up, test ran it, and asked me if I had any questions before they left. I absolutely love the washer. I have already recommended their store and products to my landlord. He was really shocked by how great the service was and will probably be shopping there soon.
