Pipe Wrench's representatives were extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable on the job they had to do. Brad and Tony treated my front yard with the same respect as I would have. From arrival to completion I was with your technicians. All my questions were answered promptly and with explanations as the job progressed. The job from start to finish exceeded my expectations and Brad advised me to test the new PRV setting and if I was not satisfied he would return and re-adjust it. I phoned Pipe Wrench the next day for Brad to come back and re-adjust my pressure. I was totally surprised when Brad and Tony arrived within 20 minutes of my calling. After a brief explanation Brad reset the PRV and my wife and I could not be HAPPIER...
