I like that Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came when they say they would come and explained everything to me about why he had to replace the part he did, and I thought that was good. He replaced some kind of little thermostat on my air conditioner--the thing that makes the fan work right.
I've used Pipe Wrench several times for plumbing and I like that they show up when they say they will. If what they fix doesn't hold, they come back and fix it for free--kind of like a warranty on their work. I like that.
