Review content:
The secretarial staff here is the worst of the worst. They cannot be bothered to communicate effectively. They would rather rely on immature, irresponsible drug using teens. Then when they were questioned about their lack of communication they told me, ""that's your problem, talk to your son."" Another person who doesn't take responsibility for their lack of professionalism, is the head Dr. Frank (lol). He would rather attack my son's lack of responsibility and bad behavior. Ah yeah, that is one of the reasons I put him in your program. I um actually went to you for advice but the only advice I got was to keep him in the program. Then when he doesn't relay messages you want to throw his character in my face. Like I wasn't going to you for help. That's not even the worst part. When I don't let you bully me into listening to your nonsense anymore you want to yell out, “find a new program for your son."" In front of my son. My son described this program best on the ride home after this incident, ""it's not a good program mom, look how they quit on me.""
