I never want to encounter a plumbing problem at my home, because that can mean a disrupted routine at the least, or an emergency at worst. However, when the inevitable clogged drain or pipe break occurs in my 70 year old house infrastructure, I am thankful that I have a plumbing company to rely on. Last Friday morning the bathroom sink was draining very slowly. My attempt to fix it with a plunger did the opposite, blocking it completely. I also tried a manual turning snake, but to no avail. Calling Franklin, Connie told me she could have a man here within the hour! Chad's smiling face was at the door in 30 minutes. He has dealt with me several times before, installing a new kitchen faucet and snaking the kitchen sink, replacing a broken gas pilot light tube on the house furnace, and even repairing the underground outdoor gas pipe on the gas meter. His work has always been careful and thorough, and has lasted for many years. Others from Franklin, have been equally competent and have even gone beyond the "easy" fix, installing an access pipe in case of future problems with the drain system. With 1.their fast response, 2.professional workmanship, 3.attention to address the source of the problem for a permanent solution, 4.all at a reasonable price that is clearly stated at the outset (no matter how long it takes), Franklin is the only plumbing company I'll use.
