What we liked the most about the people over at David's Abbey Carpet & Floor is that they were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. We had a small issue and these guys really went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely taken care of. The issue was that there was a piece of product, some trim to be specific, that did not look right with the lighting in our house. The sales person actually picked up and brought a new piece out to our house so that we lost no time at all. There was nothing they did wrong, it was just something we noticed that did not match the lighting with our house and they were more than willing to accommodate and facilitate the change for us. We had them do the flooring in our kitchen and we loved how it turned out so much that we had them come back and do the flooring for the potter room and the laundry room as well. They are just amazing and we really could not be happier with them!
