Review content:
Only car dealer I've ever been to that would not give me a price on a new car or my trade-in! Went in to get a trade-in price on my four-year-old Honda Odyssey in pristine shape with low miles and get a price on new, loaded CRV. They had me fill out paperwork and sign for the appraisal, then told me that it costs them money to do an appraisal so they couldn't do it! Gave me a pamphlet with some price guarantee and basically told me to go other dealers and get prices, then come back to them and they would beat it or give me $200. Total BS! I asked to speak to the GM but he wasn't there and they said, "Well, you need to understand, this is policy!" \r

Went to another dealer the same night and walked away with quotes, no hassle, no signature, no form. Tameron pulled this same thing when we bought the Odyssey new, only then it was we will only appraise your trade-in if you agree in writing to buy this car afterwards!\r
