Review content:
I had no trouble scheduling appt. I was told the regular service would take an hour. We arrived on time and service lady told me again it would only take an hour. After "2" hrs they STILL weren't finished. I checked with her and she said the battery was dead when they went to move the car. We have never had a battery issue. Also, she NEVER informed me we would be longer than an hour. The waiting room was FREEZING too. I will NEVER wait for service again. It will be difficult to find someone to take me and pick me up next time. I will only go back there until the warranty is up. I can't see why they never informed me about a delay.
