Review content:
For my spring A/C check today, I received a call when my technician was on his way (as I had requested) and he arrived early in the 2 hour time frame I was given. Troy was courteous and professional, explained everything he was going to do and the results he found. He made sure to keep the work area clean while going back and forth from inside to the outside compressor unit. Another very positive experience with John Waters which maintains my confidence in using their services.
