Review content:
My family and I have trusted the medical care (from regular annual visits, to surgery, to end of life care) of our dogs to Commonwealth Animal Hospital for over 30 years, and have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of service, the staff, and the vets, especially Dr. Hunter, who is extremely kind, caring, and compassionate. Just today I took my pit bull mix for a lumpectomcy...they previously performed that surgery twice on my Jack Russell Terrier to remove hard lumps. I have recommended people to take their dogs to CAH, and they have been glad they did and became repeat clients. I'm very surprised to read the negative reviews and believe that open and honest communication can eliminate any confusion, misunderstanding, and problems. And unless there is clear negligence on the part of a vet clinic, I don't see how they can afford to refund unhappy customers...they don't make much money as it is, and need funds to operate and care for their animal patients.
