Review content:
Recently used to file bankruptcy. Communication is horrible. I had to call them for everything and messages were rarely returned. I was once told to "call back another day. I am by myself and have two people on the line already to help". Mr. Weer is knowledgeable and professional but very dry and not comforting at all. Even after all is said and done and my court hearing is over, I have to call them to find out next steps. Very stressful event all around and I felt no support from an office I paid a decent fee to. Each person blamed another person in the office for the lack of communication. To me, this is just not acceptable. Will never use this office again. Mostly the fault of the other staff, not Mr. Weer himself.
