Review content:
After trying for over two weeks to get a bid for a pretty big job, their service cancelled on us multiple times (once was for weather, which was understandable). I called to reschedule yet again, and was met with very rude service. When I explained we were up against a deadline for the service due to an event the reply was "well, we can't control the weather." When I pointed out that this was not the first cancellation, I was told "no one will be in your area for another week at least." They suggested we send pictures of the facility so they could see the square footage and the status, and I pointed out that they had been here before, multiple times, and knew the work load and the facility. The answer was that our building likely didn't look like it did in 2011 (they have been here more recently than 2011). I said it sounded like they didn't want the job, and I was told good luck in finding someone else. I did find someone else.
