My hot water tank went out on me and I couldn't get it to light. I called South West plumbing and not even within an hour Bob showed up to check things out. I was pretty sure I was going to be purchasing a new hot water tank and at what cost I was unsure. Bob was able to find out that since the tank was purchased by southwest the warranty was still good, even though I wasn't the owner of the house when it was purchased almost ten years ago. Altogether just needed a new part and after a short while he had it back up and running. I will definitely be calling Bob for any hot water tank issues in the future.
