With absolute sincerity, I can say that Brookside Dental Care and each one of its employees will exceed your expectations, no matter how high they may be.
From the second I walked in the door and was met with Rita smiling and welcoming me to the last handshake with Ed before leaving, I have never felt more tended to at a doctor's office in all my life. Dr. Griffith proved to be the most open-minded and refreshingly honest dentist you can imagine, offering expert advise and care while keeping my needs and level of comfort front and center. During the process of initial examination, Melissa never tired of answering my questions and doing so while moving through what could have been a tiring x-ray session with perfect ease and poise. By the time I spoke with Ed about payment options, I had not a single question left unanswered about all aspects of my treatment plan.
In the last step of my first visit to Brookside, Ed patiently outlined my financial options while maintaining absolute professionalism. That final handshake and then, once again, Rita's kind smile and enthusiastic thumbs up as I left that afternoon let me know these were people who truly cared about my health and had the expertise to make good on their promises in every way.
