Eight years later, Lifestyle Outdoor is THE ONLY place I'd ever consider to purchase a jacuzzi tub. They didn't pressure me on buying and I made my happy choice. On one occasion, I came just after closing to get chemicals. I got there just in time to see a salesman locking up and opening his car. He saw me in my car with what must have looked like disappointment. I wasn't looking at him but he saw me and said, "Chemicals?". I turned and said yeah. Right then and there he got out of his car and opened up the store just for me to get my Baquaspa chemicals. He didn't have to do that but he did nevertheless. I have often told this story to friends as the best example of customer service I know.\r
When I relocated twice to a new home, they were there to move the tub. One place was almost impossible to place the tub but their crew was amazing AND didn't damage a flower in the process. Jeff really cares about his customers AFTER the sale. They have tested my water for all these years AND f
