I bought my first Hotsprings spa from Jeff in early 1984 and replaced with a new Hotsprings Prodigy from Jeff late in 2008.\r
The old one still worked but the new ones are so much easier to live with. For my second spa I never even considered researching vendors or product because I was that happy with Lifestyle Outdoor, Jeff and his staff.\r

I should mention that I did have one service call. The guy showed on time and had the problem resolved (sticky skimmer) in about the time it took to describe the problem.\r
