Review content:
I'll keep this short. I took a cracked window to Jack's Glass. They ordered a new insert. A week later I took the window back to them to insert the insert. They said - come back in 1 hour. Then called and said - 3 more hours. It started raining in the meantime. I had to take a door down and set that outside the window to keep the water from coming in. In 3 hours, I picked up a lousily put together window. When I got home and put it into the frame, it turned out the insert was wrong. I called them, they re-ordered. A week later I took the window back, and complained about my whole experience, and asked to do a better job caulking. The employee wrote down "dissatisfied" on my receipt, and said "Duely Noted!" Great. 3 hours later I came back to pick up the window. The guy at the register went to get the window. He grabbed it right over the new caulk making a huge mess. Another guy spent another 20 minutes fixing it. That's when I noticed it still had the wrong insert in it.
