Review content:
First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning. That was to be on Friday. He said not to worry if we were gone. I came home late afternoon and my husband had not seen anybody come. I called pretty frustrated with a stormy holiday week-end facing us. Girl knew nothing about the follow-up. Saturday morning we received a call a different tech would be out. Worked thru the week-end but had to return on Monday and again another 4 hours. It seems to be working ok now but heat pump still not perfect. Not receiving a phone call on the second day telling us not coming was about the frosting on the cake. Then we found out our unit was a new 3 year old unit before it was installed in our new home. We are on gold plan. But..... parts are replaced until furnace is 10 years old! We have lived here 13 years. Hopefully we will not be charged for all of the trips and hours this "season check up" took! Luckily the second tech, Josh, was great and has things going well, we think! First one had nothing but trouble.
