My confidence in Tom Drexler Plumbing is growing with each job completed for me. After catastrophic flooding in my basement from this summer's sudden, heavy rains, Jeremy Elliot came to diagnose my problems and add his expert opinion. He took the time to explain my situation and my needs thoroughly. I can tell when a technician is really intelligent by his or her ability to diagnose a tricky problem. Jeremy did that at every step of the way. He even figured out that the reason my ejector pump was going off in the middle of the night was because my basement toilet was leaking. He was right because he fixed the leak and I wasn't awakened last night by that horrible noise the pump makes when the door closes. I also want to acknowledge the friendly and helpful service of Michael Hines who assisted on this job.
