I purchased a rollaway bed from Beck's. The salesman (Don) said if I am not happy I can return, but 10% will be subtracted. Took the product home, the mattress is so thin that sleeping on it is impossible.\r
Took it back and asked for a refund. They refused, saying refunds are accepted only within 3 days of purchase. I said their sales man, Don, told me they will accept the returns. He ""contacted"" a vice-president and came back saying vice-president ""refused to approve the refund"". I reminded about his words that they will take the product back if I am unhappy. He started to lie impudently, saying he informed me about the 3-day refund policy. I reminded him about our original conversation just a few days ago (5 or 6), told him that he never told me about such policy. The cynic impudently questioned me whether I had recorded that conversation, and if not, then ""he had nothing else to discuss with me"".\r
What a low creature, deceitful, cheating, impudent... zero respect to the customer and to himself, to the image of his lousy company, a COMPLETE lack of integrity. Never will buy from these pathetic people.
