Roadrunner's last major service was on our heater. It went out while we were away, luckily our house sitter was able to catch the issue before there was damage. And thankfully, Roadrunner got the problem resolved in our absence.
We've been customers for 2 years and the most important part of their service is how responsive they are. Their products are good quality and the techs always do a good job. If you're curious about Roadrunner, I highly recommend you check them out. They have a thing called Comfort Club. It gives you priority service response and a loyalty discount.
