At 36 yrs old I was looking for something more than fitness of the body, but of the mind and spirit too. My Boyfriend's son has been attending for awhile and I had been watching his progress. I was also impressed the way Sensei Kelly worked with her students. I enjoyed the confidence, self dicipline and respect for oneself and others ( just to name a few ) that Sensei Kelly teaches. So I began my Karate journey a year ago and am looking forward to many more more years with Acadians Karate. Sensei has always encourage me and challenged me when I felt giving up in class. The Acadian Karate Team has given me a empowerment in myself I was lacking and I'm honored to be a student.
