Extremely pleased with the way Mike K. explained how this 96 HE Furnace is more efficient to the 80 unit.
He covered all the workings very well. Everything was first class. Left no doubt that he not only knew everything about this product and how to install it but convinced me that I had purchased the best furnace from a fine company, C & C Heating & Air Conditioning.
