We began having blockage on Friday morning, June 26, 2015. We called Roto-Rooter in the late evening. The dispatcher immediately contacted a technician, who arrived within an hour. He did a survey, explained it all to us, and got right to work. He serviced our two bathrooms and kitchen. Along the way, he took the time to explain what he was doing. He was an excellent technician and a very hard, diligent worker. We both felt comfortable and relieved to have called Roto-Rooter. The expediency and skilled service we received has made us confident in recommending Roto-Rooter to all who need this service. Call them with confidence.
