Felt pressured to purchase more than I had originally requested service for. I felt like I had purchased a used car after the experience.

Brian, we would like to apologize for the experience that you had and apologize for just now responding to this comment. We have not had access to the review account. We appreciate your business and the information about how the technician presented options to you. We do not want to pressure any customer and just provide them information to make educated decisions about the most expensive mechanical component in the home.
