Review content:
I had a roof repair done by Feazel and then I also contracted with them to clean the roof. The roof repair went fine, except that I still had some leakage after the repair and they had to come back out to fix it, but they did get it fixed (I didn't pay for them to come back out) and I haven't had any issues with it since. As for the roof cleaning they never actually got back out here to do it. I originally scheduled with them to do it in November, and when they didn't come out I started checking in with them about every week, and I'd get a call back but nobody ever come out and got it done. So after mid-December when it started getting really cold I just asked them to refund the deposit. They sent the check out to me pretty quickly but it turned out they had made it out to my ex-husband, so I had to call them back and have them redo it because I was the one who'd paid for it. When I let them know that I needed it made out to me they did have it done and back out to me within a week. So, mixed experience - the roof repair was fine, 4 stars, but the fact that they never came out for the cleaning even after a month and a half of me calling gives me a mixed impression.
