Review content:
Alltex Parker Mechanical is very good to deal with, and I can count on them for quick customer service. I have been using them since at least 1997. They help me with a lot of rental properties, and I couldn't operate without them.
If any of my tenants have an issue, Alltex will go that same day or first thing the next morning. A lot of companies will say they will come out in 3 days or more.
I have had very few problems with them having to go back for something that they did. Alltex really backs what they do; they are dependable, reliable, and are pleasant to my tenants. I think anyone would be comfortable using them. They are reliable, reasonable, and honest. Being reliable and dependable is very important with as many properties as I have.
