Review content:
I measured the kitchen myself and came up with 70 sq.ft. And they measured 73sq.ft. But then they told me it was 88 sq.ft two hours after initial quote of 73. I remeasured to verify and I came up with 73. I called and they told me the lowest they would go was 80 sq.ft. I was told multiple times that I was not responsible for drop offs and their math simply didnt add up. They also didn't mention the $200 template price. After all is said and done the price was about $700 more than initial quote. Incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. RESPONSE FROM Tri State Stone: Customer told the sales rep it was 73 sf countertop, after final measurement(template) we came out with exactly 88 sq.ft. when we called the customer to explain the difference he complainted so we reduced the sq.ft to 80 total. agreed by the customer. cutouts are extra with was disclosed on the contract and sign by customer.
