i give them zero stars-- all Keri cares about is her profit margin and she will do anything to secure a sell. she makes false promises which she has no intentions of keeping. they are very incompetent when it comes to ordering furniture and has very poor customer service. her assistant Joanne is clueless and will give out misleading info which Keri will later deny-- Their shop is nothing more then a hole in the wall failing business full of out dated decor junk covered in dust. KERI, just because you changed the name of your business from wallpaper connection to at home decor and design does not mean you will be successful-- it takes honesty, integrity and excellent customer service to stay in business something that you are incapable of delivering to your customers.
