After reviewing Federal Limousine on Angie's List I was at ease with selecting the service for my Ladies Night Out Birthday celebration. The quoted flat rate was slightly more than other vendors but, I didn't mind paying extra for a vendor who was stated possession of licensure, bondage, and insurance. The less expensive vendors did not possess all three. I rented the Mercedes Sprinter and was impressed by the layout and cleanliness of the vehicle. Very nice. The driver, Billy, was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The only pitfall in my experience was having to return to my drop off destination in the Party Bus. I was told the Sprinter had mechanical issues and needed to be switched out mid wait time. The Party Bus was not nearly as aesthetically appealing at the Sprinter. Moreover, because I spent $500 ($475 flat fee + $25 tip) on a minimum 4 hour service which included pickup, wait time, and drop off I didn't feel as though I received the luxury service I expected in it's entirety. I paid for a vehicle I wasn't able to fully enjoy. Similar to that of enjoying a perfectly cooked filet at a 5-star restaurant only to have a rude server. Deflating.
