Review content:
Red Line Heating and Cooling put in a new furnace for us. They were able to do it quickly. I think it was like 48 hours or so, maybe a little longer, from the time that they came out and checked that the old one couldn't be fixed (it was 36 years old), and they got the new one put in right away at a reasonable cost. They were very careful when they came in not to track on my hardwood floor. The city came and inspected the job and there were 2 tiny minor things they wanted Red Line to come back and fix, but they really were so minor. One thing was sealing the exhaust pipe that goes outdoors. They couldn't do that on the day they installed the furnace because it was raining. The other issue was that one of the brackets holding up a pipe in the crawlspace was too loose. It was really so minor its barely worth mentioning. The inspector said they get big things all the time and they didn't find any big issues on this job. I think the only reason he wanted to come back and reinspect was because we don't have a CO detector in our house and we didn't know there's a law saying you need to have that.
Anyway, Red Line has great service. The price is reasonable. They explained all the different options available and we felt very informed in making our decision. Plus they were very quick!
